Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you are here!

As a therapist, I believe in all people’s innate ability to move toward growth, healing and change. As a deeply empathetic person, I have the privilege and ability to sit beside you when you are wounded, be a guide in your healing process, and help you navigate your own unique journey.

I am a wife and mom with my partner and best friend of 22 years, Matt, and my three children Jade (26), Audrey (19), and Esther (14). I enjoy spending time with them on our 13 acre farm in Lovettsville, VA.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT™) with the Association for Play Therapy, United States. I also have specialized training in working with people who need therapeutic support with ADHD and autism.

I enjoy making music of all kinds, having majored in classical vocal performance in my undergraduate program. I also love crafting and creating art. And if you catch me deep in thought while on my phone, I’m probably trying to solve a word puzzle.
