What this site collects

This website collects the minimum information necessary to operate:

• Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics service. Plausible records aggregate, anonymous data such as page views, referring site, and approximate location (country/region). It does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
• Contact form submissions: If you submit our contact form, the information you provide (name, email, phone, message) is delivered to our email inbox through Formspree. It is not stored in any database on this website.

What this site does not collect

• We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
• We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) through this website.

Our use of the information

Information submitted via the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add contact-form submissions to any marketing list.

Third-party services we use

• Cloudflare Pages (hosting) — may log IP addresses temporarily for security and performance purposes.
• Plausible Analytics — aggregated, anonymous usage stats.
• Formspree — contact form delivery.
• SimplePractice — our separate HIPAA-compliant client portal (governed by its own policies).
